After being away for many years, Janet Jackson is returning to road. Recently, the iconic singer announced via Instagram a 33-city tour that will occur in 22 states. The Janet Jackson Together Again Tour featuring special guest Ludacris will set off Spring 2023 in Hollywood, FL. This will be Jackson’s first tour in four years and her ninth concert tour.
On Friday (Dec. 16), tickets for the “Together Again” tour went on sale for the selected dates via LiveNation.com. “You guys, I miss you so much, I am so excited to see you,” Janet said to her followers on Instagram Live. “You guys have no idea, I’ve missed you so much, so much, and I can’t wait to be with you. I’m so excited.” Ludacris will be the opener for Jackson throughout the concert tour.
The Janet and Ludacris tour is meant to be a commemoration of the songstress’ 50th anniversary in entertainment and highlight the benchmarks of her most critically acclaimed projects – 30 years of “Janet,” and 25 years of “The Velvet Rope.” The tour will feature some new tunes and Jackson’s biggest chart-topping songs. The Janet Jackson Together Again tour will set off in Florida on April 14.
