By twerking with her tampon in, Cardi B unintentionally revealed to concertgoers that her pal “Aunt Flo” had visited her.
The Grammy Award-winning rap sensation recently made the decision to perform without any underwear during her time in Las Vegas.
Typically, that would cause the audience to “ooo” and “aaah.” This time, the spectators saw more than just her lady bits; they also caught a glimpse of a little thread coming out of the end of her tampon.
Someone in the crowd who was recording the show with her phone caught the action.
The Love & Hip Hop star let it all hang out, literally, as she gyrated and wiggled over to the edge while wearing a short yellow-fringe dress and a long blonde wig.

A member in the audience recorded the performance, and it was later posted on X (known formerly as Twitter).
“FOOTAGE OF CARDI BEING A GREAT ROLE MODEL AS A MOTHER LETTING HER TAMPON STRING HANG IN FRONT OF THE CROWD AS SHE DANCES IN LAS VEGAS WITH NO PANTIES ON,” one fan captioned the footage.

In related news, in a seperate performance Cardi hurled her microphone at someone in the audience and now the instrument is being auctioned on eBay.
Since being listed on Tuesday with a $500 starting bid, the bidding has soared to almost $100,000. Scott Fischer, the proprietor of The Wave, the audio business that supplied the Drai’s Beachclub in Las Vegas where the event took place with the equipment, is selling the microphone.
The listing states: “Shure Axient digital Mic Cardi B threw at a person. Auctioned for charity. If you want a piece of hip hop infamy and what has now become national and world news then please bid whatever you are willing to spend.”
