Sinclair Daniel and Ashleigh Daniel star in the long awaited television adaptation of the book, The Other Black Girl. The 2021 debut novel by Zakiya Dalila Harris. It became an instant New York Times bestseller. The Other Black Girl series has been in the works for over a year now, but it is set to premiere on Hulu on September 13th. The series is executive produced by Rashida Jones and Garcelle Beauvais also makes an appearance.

The Other Black Girl series synopsis
Nella, an editorial assistant, is tired of being the only Black girl at her company, so she’s excited when Hazel is hired. But as Hazel’s star begins to rise, Nella spirals out and discovers something sinister is going on at the company.
The release of the series is great news, but the lack of promo because of the SGA writer’s strike is sure to hurt the potential of the series. Hopefully its able to make waves despite the lack of promo.
