Last week there was an incident report filed by the Atlanta police that Steve Harvey was robbed. The report accused 22 year-old Kyle Reynolds of stealing $10,000 from a bag inside the office of Steve Harvey in Atlanta, Georgia. Steve Harvey who is a world renowned comedian and radio show host, was assured by Reynolds that he would return the money despite continuing to deny that he had taken it.
According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the report that Steve Harvey was robbed states that a video shows Reynolds entering Harvey’s office earlier this month. Reynolds was not authorized to enter Harvey’s office, and mentions getting a coke to gain entrance. The video shows Reynolds leaving the room without a drink in his hand; the cash having just been delivered before by a bank employee, according to the report.
As of the writing of this article Steve Harvey has not made any comment on the issue. The intern has claimed innocence, but has currently moved to New York.
On a much lighter note, this morning on the Steve Harvey Show, comedian Kevin Hart was said to be cast in Steve’s new film! Hart was cast in the upcoming film Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man based on Steve Harvey‘s bestselling book. The film is being produced by Rainforest Films(best known for the films Takers, Obsessed and Stomp The Yard).
This morning the announcement came via an interview from producer Will Packer (who dropped the news on Steve’s show) that Hart will play the role of Cedric, a relationship adviser who’s going through his own divorce.
Since that news broke this morning, we also discovered that actresses Taraji P. Henson and Sanaa Lathan are in talks to land roles in the film along with actors Romany Malco (of 40 Year Old Virgin fame) and Gary Owens.
