If season 1 was any indication then you can bet your bottom dollar on the expectation of great contact for the upcoming 2nd season of WE TV’s Braxton Family Values. Following the lives and times of Toni Braxton and her sisters, as well as mom Ms Evelyn. Braxton Family Values is an all access pass to the tribulations of the collective as they battle family issues, differences of opinion, individual agendas, all the while seemingly working towards a reunion of sorts with a new Braxton album.  The remaining quesion is, will it ever happen? The one thing the fab five will agree on is intent; now the follow through might just be another issue all together
Last night the ladies got together with WE TV @ New York City’s Tribeca Grand to host an exclusive premiering of the 1st episode of Season 2; Parlé Magazine was amongst the invited guests as the network and ladies offered up close and personal accounts of the work and objectives behind the reality show as a whole, as well as the underlying motives of some of the castmembers.
The celebrity-laden event kicked off with a red carpet treat. Appearances by veteran R&B singer Melissa Morgan, accompanied by famed American Idol Season 4 contestant Anwar Robinson, as well as ‘Are We There Yet’ and ‘Girlfriends’ star Keesha Sharp;  catering to the many press opportunities were TV/Radio Personality Egypt showing off her beautiful baby bump, as well as Universal Recording artist Clarisse, and WE TV reality star Diann Valentine to name a few.
From the red carpet, all who were in attendance were ushered into the theater for a viewing of the Season 2 trailer as well as the actual screening of the first episode.  During a prelude Q&A the ladies welcomed everyone and joked about the need to scurry out of the auditorium as they pride themselves on sharing the moment with the public and watching for the first time as many of the world will this coming Thursday November 10th @ 9pm exclusively on the WE  Network
The networks highest rated show ever thus far has definitively stood up to its billing, and from what the screening exemplified, the promise is more of the same.  As Towanda Braxton remarked, the goal of she and her sisters is to put the relaity back into reality TV. As she admits, anything less will not be accepted by Ms Evelyn
As John Miller, Senior VP of WE TV exclaimed, the network is honored by the unflinching honesty delivered throughout the series by all parties involved. I would agree. I can only imagine that being cast in something so candid would be burdening for so many, but that’s what seperates those whom are deserving apart; The Braxtons are in a league of their own.  If you have doubts, don’t take my word for it, tune in to the show!  Once again Braxton Family Values airs Thursday November 10th @9PM on the WE TV Network channel.
