Nicki Minaj gives back. You get a check, you get a check, everybody gets a check! Well, that is according to her. The 34-year-old just recently blessed a few of her lucky fans with some financial assistance, agreeing to pay their student loans and college tuitions. Here is how it all started…
The “No Frauds” rapper took to Twitter to announced that she’d teamed up with the infamous music video app, Musical.ly, hosting a contest for her latest song, “Regret In Your Tears”. Fans who uploaded the most creative video would win a chance to be flown out to meet Minaj, herself, and spend a whole day with her. However, one of the #TeamMinaj members had something else in mind. If you’ve been following Minaj for awhile, then you definitely know that she has one of the most craziest and outspoken fan bases in the history of fandoms. So crazy and outspoken that one of them tweeted her and asked her if she wanted to pay for his tuition.

Not expecting anything more than it to be taken as a joke, Minaj surprised us all when she actually concurred with his request. It didn’t stop there, though. More requests started to pour in, and Minaj didn’t deny ANY of them. Instead, she told them to DM her their school information and that she’d get it taken care of immediately. Yes, that’s exactly what she said. She even said that she’d be dishing out more school checks soon.
How generous, right? There is nothing more amazing than to see celebrities actually taking out the time to show their love and appreciation to those who love and appreciate them. Nicki Minaj has always been very vocal about the value of education. So, this definitely speaks volumes!
