Lecrae’s forthcoming album release, Let The Trap Say Amen is being produced completely by Grammy award winning producer Zaytoven. Let The Trap Say Amen, like all Lecrae albums, will be released through independent record label Reach Records.
The seemingly unlikely bond of Lecrae and Zaytoven, stems from a liking of each other’s work. Together they aim to bridge an understanding and build community with this musical project.
Bouncing with Zaytoven’s booming beats and Lecrae’s vivid rapping, the 13 song LP, Let The Trap Say Amen, is available for pre-order now. The duo’s first single, “Get Back Right”, is too, ready for download NOW!
To bring his message home, Lecrae is hosting a city-wide community contest in Atlanta to honor the city’s leading innovators from: small business owners, youthful entrepreneurs, creative artists and skillful musicians. Lecrae is instructing contestants to submit videos on Instagram using the hashtag #trapsayamen, and also tagging @Lecrae, by June 15, 2018. Lecrae and Reach Records are throwing a pop-up event in Atlanta, and presenting the contest winners with a cash prize. Further details will be coming soon.
