Israel Houghton Set To Release His ‘Road To DeMaskUs’ Album

Singer and six time Grammy award winner Israel Houghton drops his new album titled, Road To DeMaskUs. Houghton has already warmed the fans up to the album with singles like “Reckless Love” and “Promise Keeper” featuring Travis Greene.  The Israel Houghton Road To DeMaskUs album is set to become available on Friday September 28th.  

The album also has songs like “Secrets” and “I’m With You/Be Still” both of which feature his wife Adrienne Houghton.  Sharing a powerful message on God’s enduring love and transforming power, Israel and Adrienne Houghton will perform “Secrets” on her syndicated daytime show “The Real.”  Airing on September 28^th, “The Real” episode marks the live television debut of their duet. 

 Another track from the project, “True” features inspirational siblings The Walls Group.

Along with preparing for the Road To DeMaskUs album, Houghton has also launched the website DeMask.Us. The site gives you an opportunity to connect with all of the latest news about the new album which includes the news that fans can create customized mask filters which fits the creation and theme of the album, which is shedding a mask that people wear for their own life.

The album title spelling “DeMaskUs” was intentionally used because it’s a reference to the Biblical tale of Apostle Paul’s cruise to transformation. The meaning behind the album title Road to DeMaskUs is to remind people of God’s ever present love for who we are underneath the mask.
