Las Vegas is coincidentally only 277 miles away from Hollywood. Therefore, a short drive or a one-hour private jet ride provides celebrities with easy access to the land of casinos. Popular spots such as the Bellagio, Wynn, and Venetian are all hot magnets for Hollywood stars who want to trade the red carpet for slots and cards. So, learn more about who you’re likely to see at the Poker table next to you and how you can spot some of Hollywood’s finest in Las Vegas.

Best Places to Catch a Celebrity

No doubt, the best casinos to catch a celebrity are all located in the city of Las Vegas. From the well-dressed casino gamblers to the private rooms, Las Vegas is the perfect spot for those that are accustomed to the red-carpet treatment. For the best places to gamble with the stars, head to MGM Grand, Caesars, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Palms, or The Venetian. They’re known to be some of the number one spots for some of Hollywood’s greatest gamblers.

Bruce Willis and His Sixth Sense at the Casinos

Bruce Willis doesn’t only have a sense for the supernatural, but he has also been spotted testing out his sixth sense for gambling. He has been known to drop thousands of dollars on tables at the Palms Casino Resort in Vegas and even won $500,000 playing baccarat in Atlantic City. On the night of the Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor fight, the Die Hard actor was also seen wearing a black leather jacket and dominating the tables at MGM Grand.

His golf arm isn’t the only thing that Tiger Woods is known for. Woods’ poker hand is also infamous throughout the city of Las Vegas. It is rumored that the golf sensation bets as much as $25,000 a hand when he’s out for a night at the casinos. Woods particularly enjoys blackjack according to executives at the Mansion in MGM, and is known to win $1 million on a nightly basis.

Ben Affleck Ditches Fighting Crime for Tackling Poker

The Batman actor Ben Affleck is known for fighting Superman and taking on Steppenwolf, but in Las Vegas, he’s a star on the poker scene. Affleck won the California State Poker Championship in 2004 and ten years later in 2014, he was banned from blackjack in Las Vegas because he was so good at it. However, you may still find the actor trying his hand at other games throughout the most popular casinos in the city.

John Cusack Checks into Room 1408

John Cusack has once said, “A hot hand with dice is my idea of heaven. I can’t describe it. Anyone who thinks gambling isn’t for them would instantly change if they caught a winning streak playing craps.” You can spot him on the craps table throughout the Vegas casinos. You may not want to play him, but it would definitely be a sight to see.

Hollywood isn’t the only place to catch celebrities doing what they do best. Many of your favorite actors, comedians, and athletes frequent the casinos of Las Vegas to simply let off some steam and cash in their winnings.
