Teyana Taylor has announced that she will release her new project titled The Album this coming June on Good Music. While the official date is yet to be announced the singer has been in heavy promo mode for the project. Teyana Taylor’s The Album will be the singer’s third album release.
Taylor’s last album KTSE (Keep The Same Energy) was a very well received album. KTSE was released in 2018 and it rose to #17 on the top 200 Billboard charts. The album featured the single, “Gonna Love Me,” which also has a remix that featured Wu Tang members Raekwon, Ghostface, and Method Man.
In 2019 Teyana Taylor revealed several new singles and fans though they would get a new album from the singer then, but, even with the new songs there was no album. No official word on if the songs, “Morning” with Kehlani or “We Got Love” featuring Ms. Lauryn Hill will appear on this new album. Or even “How You Want It?” with King Combs, which was released early in the year. A playlist of her 2019 visuals is below:
The Album has already spawned 2 confirmed singles titled, “Made It,” and “Bare With Me” giving fans something to whet their appetite as they wait on the New York native to release the album this June. Visuals for both tracks have been released.
