R&B crooner, Avant is back! The singer recently announced that he would be releasing his 9th studio album, an epic reveal for the singer in his second decade of making soulful R&B classics. The album is titled Can We Fall In Love and it was released via the MO-B Entertainment/SRG ILS Group/UMG label imprint. MO-B Entertainment is Avant’s label. The Avant Can We Fall In Love album was released on July 10th.
Last time we saw Avant in album form was in 2015 when the singer released The VIII featuring the lead single, “Special”. Since then Avant has been relatively quiet, releasing just one single in 2019, “Not Gon Lose,” which turns out to be the first single from the Avant Can We Fall In Love album.
Avant recently released a new single, “Edible,” a very adult song that you listeners can easily relate to.
Avant explained of the album, “I can’t change who I am, so I have to give you exactly who Avant is all the time. That’s my main goal when I sit down to record an album. I want to give you that interpretation of what this life is about,” he adds. “This album is about the work the work that it takes to make a relationship work. There are good things and there are bad things, but if there is love, then that is the beginning of fixing the issues“.
