In recent news, the Atlanta police department have arrested a man who has been identified as a 25-year-old Joshua Fleetwood for the murder of 31-year-old LaKevia Jackson.

Earlier last month, on the 17th of March to be precise, LaKevia Jackson who shares a child with Young Thug; a popular rapper and trap artist was murdered at Metrofun Bowling Center in southwest Atlanta. The deceased was allegedly shot during an argument over a bowling ball.
The killer was said to have waited outside in the parking lot for her to leave for about 20 minutes before he opened fire. “I spoke to LaKevia Jackson’s mom. She says LaKevia went to her best friend’s birthday @ bowling alley, a fight over the bowling ball happened then the suspect waited 20 mins in the parking lot for LaKevia before he shot her while she was leaving. Her mom gave me this pic @cbs46.” News anchor/reporter Tori Cooper tweeted on the 18th of March, with a picture of LaKevia Jackson attached to it.

The video clip from 11 alive announcing this news, has been posted on pages like the shade room and has had various people sympathizing. Little is known about Fleetwood for now and It is unclear the relationship between Jackson and Fleetwood or if they even knew each other prior to the argument. Atlanta police department’s homicide commander Ralph Woolfolk spoke to FOX 5 saying, “we are happy that Mr Fleetwood is in our custody.” He has also called the occurrence an escalated dispute.
The accused is being held at Fulton County jail and has been charged with felony murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Jackson and Young Thug have a 14-year-old son together named Kyvion but the rapper has not released a statement or said anything on the matter.
