Former MTV ‘Making The Band’ star Chopper arrested for sex trafficking. Diddy sought out talent for the Making The Band reality tv series to sign to his label in the early 2000s. Bad Boy for Life, huh?! TMZ broke the story earlier today.

Apparently, Chopper was arrested for sex trafficking earlier this month in Maryland and was extradited to Las Vegas to face charges. TMZ obtained legal documents that reported an undercover vice detective in Nevada, posed as a sex worker, and received a direct message on Instagram from Chopper inviting them to make money through prostitution.

The undercover cop further investigated Chopper’s IG account and noticed several posts related to prostitution and pimping. Not too long after, Chopper called the undercover cop to brag about his travels and 7 homes but insisted that Vegas wasn’t a safe place to do business because law enforcement was cracking down.

Additionally, Chopper had an interview with the undercover cop about joining his “team” and “stable.” He then became aggressive over the phone, ordering them around by telling them to pack their belongings, get to the airport and meet him in Charlotte, N.C. to join his “stable.” The undercover continued stalling Chopper by saying they were afraid to leave home, which made Chopper get angrier and demanded a $2,000 fee. The alleged social media posts, direct messages, phone calls and fee demand is enough evidence to arrest and charge Chopper with felony sex trafficking.
Chopper was a member of the short-lived group, Da Band. Da Band consisted of Chopper aka Chopper Young City, Sara Stokes, Freddy P, Babs, Dylan Dilinjah and Ness. Da Band came out with one album, Too Hot For TV. Diddy dismantled Da Band after three seasons. Da Band is historically known for having to walk to get Diddy cheesecake to ‘prove’ their worth as artists.
