Following the release of his controversial track, “Shake the World,” August Alsina is back with a new song, titled, “Beautiful Way.”

The New Orleans-bred artist announced the news on his social media, also teasing his soon-to-be-launched genderless wellness brand, Encina, which is seen placed in the center of the single’s cover.

In the well-over-three-minute ballad, Alsina angelically croons over an emotionally-driven beat, expressing the joys of “falling in love with your own reflection, as he describes in his Instagram caption.

“You like how I can’t seem to shut up when I’m nervous. You like the way I laugh; I wish it were on purpose,” he sings in the beginning. “You see the beauty in things I thought no one would ever notice. And I can’t explain how it works, but I’m so glad that it’s working.”

For someone who’s been a witness of Alsina’s growth as a musical creative, the vibe of the melody is different for him, but one that is celestially mastered.
