Tyrese has apologized to Zelie, his ex-girlfriend in an Instagram post.
Tyrese is popular for his vocals and acting career among a few other things. Recently, he has been in the news for his posts on social media. The actor who has 16 million followers on the photo sharing platform-Instagram, has said he regrets some of the things he shared.
Back in July, Tyrese announced his split from his girlfriend, Zelie Timothy. Their relationship had been on for two years; since 2020. Things went downhill after the Fast and Furious actor tried to settle down and Zelie was not ready.
Tyrese went ahead to air out issues bothering the relationship on social media and called Zelie a ‘snake’ and ‘manipulator’.
Zelie responded to the rant saying ‘ After all this, you have made me know that hell is just earth without you…I want you to know how much I miss you and what you mean to me’
Instead of offering comfort, Tyrese wrote in another annoyed tone on instagram. He posted “ 43 year olds should not try and connect to or relate to 25 year olds. I guess I’m really out here GROWN GROWN and tryna keep up with these youngsters is not my life or my world’.
However, Tyrese has apologized to his ex-girlfriend for his posts with some positive words. “I publicly came at you (you definitely posted some choice words towards me first)…but my words were more harsh and hurtful and so or that Zelie I wanna publicly apologize”
Zelie replied stating she has forgiven him. “Mhmmm…We met each other during the hardest time of both of our lives. I consider you my best friend so I forgive you.” Zelie had previously apologized for her behavior as well.
