Tinashe’s comment about working with Chris Brown has him bringing out his claws…again.

On a podcast a few days ago, Tinashe was asked about her collaboration with R. Kelly and Chris Brown in 2015. The singer’s reply was to laugh and say that she blocks the memory out of her mind. she also mentioned that it wasn’t a decision that she made but rather her labels. She continued to add, that she didn’t think a collaboration with Chris Brown made sense. this statement here was the gasoline to Brown’s fire because he lit up Instagram with his come-back not too long after.

In an IG post talking about Tinashe’s subtle attack on Chris Brown, “Tinashe Regrets 2015 Collaborations with R. Kelly & Chris Brown: ‘That Is So Embarrassing.’” The Rapper went to the comment section to state a little of his regrets too. Only he might have come at her a little too hard.
‘NAME 5 TINASHE songs or die … EVERYBODY DEAD.” Ops…

Someone on X replied to this and asked that Brown mention 5 women, who don’t have restraining orders against him. Okay…burn.

No one is naming any of Tinashe’s songs but they are sure standing behind her. Brown’s history with crime and women appears to have preceded him and seems to be the only reason behind the lack of support that he is getting. a whole lot of people are even claiming to not know 5 of his songs. Let’s be real Chris Brown has a lot of shortcomings but music is not it.

Here is what people are saying about the Brown x Tinashe diss on X:

This is not the first time fist brown attacked Tinashe btw. He attacked her, Zendaya and the members of fifth harmony back in 2016 when they unfollowed him for making fun of Kehlani after her suicide attempt. That man is disgusting.

in the interview where Tinashe mentions him she said that her label forced her to feature him on her song & she thought he wasn’t a good fit bc it was a POP song & he’s an R&B artist. HE was the one that decided to publicly bash Nashe. she didn’t say any ill words abt him. https://t.co/DP7tYBsbMA

Tinashe appears unperturbed by the buzz and posted on X on Sunday “Anyways … stream NEEDS.” She is riding the waves of Brown’s attack and just focusing on her new release instead but the attacks are still coming at her left, right, and center.

Let’s hope that she maintains her cool till the very end. Fingers crossed.
