Sexxy Red Offers Condolences, Clarifies Details After Video Shoot Allegedly Turns Into a Crime Scene
Sexyy Red is sending out condolences to the victims of the recent gunshots that allegedly happened during her video shoot. The artist also clarified some details, denying the allegations it happened at her set.
Only a few hours ago, news flew around that there were gunshots at her music video set which left one dead.
Sexy red posted a note on Instagram stories. She said, “I send my condolences to the family of the man who lost his life and prayers up for the person who was wounded.”
A lot of the reports claimed that the incident took place on here set with many fans posting negative comments on Twitter. She clarified the news saying, “But i gotta address the rumors that it happened at my video shoot be shit is not true, at all. To be clear it happened at a gas station across the street from my video set. Florida Highway Patrol and Broward CountySheriff confirmed that the shooting wasn’t on my set.”
She further added, “My secure and thanks to my production team getting all the paperwork right and working with the Broward Sheriff’s Office to hire off-duty’s to make sure everyone was safe. We finished the shoot at a different location and everyone from our set went home safely. Period.”
Finally, she made her feelings known to individuals who were attempting to tarnish the reputation of her brand by circulating rumors. She said, “I’m just trying to work hard, make good music, connect with my fans. Please don’t try to twist narratives and put this on a bitch.”
