City Girls are about to be the trending topic for the next few weeks after identifying themselves as ‘Real Ass Whores’ for their new Studio Album. Yung Miami and JT announced the release of Real Ass Whores (RAW) at the BET Awards yesterday, October 11 and you can tell how excited they were to bring this album out to the world.
Set to be released on the 20th of October, the title not only left the interviewer tongue-tied but also the viewers too.

The hip-hop duo are referring to themselves as whores and fans can’t seem to figure out if they mean this as a word of empowerment or if they are still sticking to the dictionary meaning…because they have words for them if its the latter.
One particular X handler took the title too personal and wrote “Ok I like #citygirls but this is too much. At some point the integrity has to be worth more than the $$. I can’t let my daughter think that’s ok. I grew up on lil Kim and ratchet music. But real a$$ wh*res? Really? Definitely an agenda.”

The City Girls have released three singles this year and none of them made it to the top 100 Billboard but if the title of the new album is anything to go by, then they should be able to hit a greater mark this time.
