In a recent lawsuit, a Missouri man is suing three parties, including the rapper Drake, for promoting illegal gambling activities. The plaintiff is claiming that he was misled and lost a huge sum of money after being deceived by Drake, who is involved in a fraudulent gambling scheme. Online influencer Adin Ross and Stake are also mentioned as defendants in the lawsuit against Drake.

Marisa Darden added, “The civil complaint here is for violations of Missouri gambling law and other typical civil remedies that may or may not be influenced by how many people have access to it or how Drake goes about advertising the product.”
In addition, Stake was a platform for fraudulent activities, with “Stake Cash,” a separate currency used for real wagers, as a cover-up for gambling.
