When a movie connects with people, the actors often stay on our minds long after the credits roll. Horror films do this in a special way. They scare us, but they also make us think. Candyman (2021) is one of those films. Five years later, where are the cast of Candyman, and what are they doing now?

The movie was directed by Nia DaCosta, Candyman is a sequel to the 1992 classic. It tells a deep story about fear, history, and how stories are passed down. The film was praised by critics and earned six award nominations. The lead actor, Yahya AbdulMateen II, won Best Actor in a Horror Movie at the Critics’ Choice Super Awards.
