Basketball drama, ‘Games People Play‘ is returning for a second season after an impressive debut season highlighted by performances by Lauren London and Sarunas J. Jackson. Karrueche Tran joins the cast for Games People Play season 2. The second season of ‘Games People Play‘ premieres Tuesday, October 19, at 10 PM ET/PT on BET.
The series is based on the book “Games Divas Play” by Angela Burt-Murray. BET turned it into a one hour series that premiered back in 2019. This season Lauren London will be featured in a limited role, but just about all the other cast members will be returning. In addition to Karrueche, actress and comedian Brandi Denise will also be joining the case for season 2.
Games People Play Season 2 will feature 10 hour-long episodes.

After a major gaffe on live TV, Kareem faces backlash and must make amends. As MJ gets a larger peek behind the mysterious curtain, Nia spots flags that are deeper than red. During all this, the Vipers must band together for the game of their lives.
EPISODE 9 SYNOPSIS
Kareem tries his hardest to reconcile with family, but things may not be quite as they seem. Laila is faced with a difficult decision to keep hiding or rise-up and confront her past. Marques starts inching closer to the answers he’s been looking for.
Games People Play season 2 picks up with Marques (Jackson) and Vanessa (London) learning the paternity of their new child as he struggles to find his footing on and off the court. Meanwhile, Nia’s (Obilom) investigation into a secret society jeopardizes her relationship with MJ (Kyndall) and Laila (Posey).
Karrueche will play Eden Lazlo, the LA Vipers owner’s daughter and newly named VP of basketball operations, who further complicates Marques’ (Jackson) love life.

Cynthia Bailey, Nazanin Mandi, Ro Parrish, Hitman Holla, Leon, and Calvin Seabrooks will be featured this season as guest stars as well.
