Just a couple days after Twitter saw the fallout of a cancelled show, Doja Cat apologizes to fans in Paraguay via her Twitter handle.

The Doja Cat apology comes two days after she announced her departure from music, but it seems like she has had a change of heart.

In a string of tweets posted on March 26th, 2022 she backtracks on previous tweets, apologizes, recognizes her privilege and shows gratitude for the progress she has made as an artist.

Despite her previous tweet saying she doesn’t owe anyone shit, she makes her new stance known that she does owe people a lot. She explains how she has been on the receiving end and wants to begin giving back to everyone in her life.

We hope that this apology will help Doja and her Paraguayan fan base to move past the debacle.

Doja Cat returns to the states soon enough.  Later this year she joins The Weeknd on his After Hours Til Dawn tour.
