“Drank In My Cup” rapper Kirko Bangz recently released a hot new mixtape, Procrastination Kills 4, the fourth installment of his Procrastination Kills series. In less than a week, Procrastination Kills 4 had already reached over 100,000 downloads on datpiff.com. This 13 track installment of the series includes features from Tyga, Young Jeezy, Chris Brown, Paul Wall, Z-Ro and French Montana. Earlier this year, the release of his fifth mixtape, Progression 2: A Young Texas Playa, helped earn Bangz national attention. The mixtape featured what would be his breakout single, “Drank In My Cup,” which held down the #1 spot on Urban radio stations for eight consecutive weeks. More recently, the song debuted on the Top 10 Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart and AOL cites the song as one of the “Best Songs of 2012 (So Far).”

For the first time in his career, Kirko Bangz, the self proclaimed Young Texas Playa is touring nationally. In conjunction with MTV, he joins YMCMB artist, Tyga on his “Closer to My Dreams” tour. The opening night of the tour at Club Nokia in Los Angeles, CA included surprise appearances by Wiz Khalifa, Chris Brown and The Game. The 15 city tour kicked off in Los Angeles, CA on September 4 and ends on September 23 in Boston, MA.
