Mike Bivins Announced A New Tour With The Cast of ‘The New Edition Story’?!?!
Well, well, well, ladies. It seems that your dream may finally be coming true. Legendary boy group, New Edition, may be hitting the road with the full cast of their hit BET biopic miniseries, The New Edition Story. Yesterday, N.E. member, Mike Bivins, took to his Instagram account, posting a photo collage that included all eleven members of the cast, along with a photo of the real New Edition. In the caption, Bivins wrote, “2017 “New Edition” – Family Affair Tour” a affordable concert.”, following tags of all seen in the photo.
New Edition’s manager and choreographer, Brooke Payne, also posted the same exact photo. So, it’s reasonable to think that something is definitely on the surface. At least, we hope so. Fans have been raving about how they have wanted this idea to come to fruition, and it’s looking like it finally will! Honestly, if this is the case, we think it is a brilliant idea. The three-part biopic did so well when it first premiered back in January, sustaining an unbelievable amount of viewers each night of the series. It’s also still the talk of social media–even almost two months later.
The New Edition Story has definitely built a lot of momentum. Along with the release of Bev Biv Devoe’s Three Stripes album release, New Edition (all six members) were recently honored with a well-deserved Hollywood Walk of Fame star. 2017 is a great year for the New Edition family.
