Xscape Reality Show Gets Premiere Date For Bravo
If you didn’t get enough Xscape at the BET Awards or Essence Festival, now Bravo TV will bring you more with the Xscape reality show!
Xscape is back and better than ever! The upcoming four-part docu-series titled Xscape: Still Kickin’ It will be executive produced by Mona Scott-Young – Love and Hip-Hop creator.
In the newly released trailer from Bravo, the series will chronical the legendary R&B group— Kandi Burruss-Tucker, Tameka “Tiny” Harris and sisters LaTocha and Tamika Scott, after breaking up 20 years ago, their effort to re-launch the group and follow them as they prepare for a long-awaited tour. The series will dive in and explore the reasons why the group parted ways, “Xscape was huge in the 90s, but the sh*t hit the fan,” they say in the clip. “We broke up. We haven’t been together in eighteen years.” The drama will unfold as they struggle to work out their differences amongst each other. We will also see conflict ensue with music industry legend Jermaine Dupri and Kandi Burruss-Tucker. Oh yes, I suggest you get comfortable because it’s going to get heated yall!
Xscape had three platinum albums and six top ten hit songs on the Billboard charts during the 90s, “Just Kickin’ It”, “Who Can I Run To”, “The Arms of the One Who Loves You”, and “My Little Secret” and fans have been wanting an Xscape reunion for a very long time! At the BET Awards, their vocals were tight, they looked great and just like that they stepped back into our lives and the fans wanted more! As Xscape rose to superstardom, they were just 4 teenage girls trying to navigate through fame. As one of the first girl groups to top the charts, they were plagued by music industry pressures, infighting, rumors, and jealousy. Now all grown and sexy Xscape, by the sound of it hasn’t missed a beat! Time will only tell if a second time around will be better than the first.
The group has also announced their first-ever headlining tour, The Great Xscape Tour,” with Tamar Braxton and Monica.

Xscape: Still Kickin’ It’ premieres November 5th at 9/8c on Bravo.
Alongside the new season debut of ‘The Real Housewives Of Atlanta’ and ‘Married To Medicine.’
The show will air in-sync with Kandi’s storyline on the RHOA, which should be very interesting.
