Back in April, the TV One network announced that they would be doing a film called Dinner for Two, a real difficult love story that looks at ways to recover a broken heart. The movie stars Mack Wilds and Chaley Rose.
Singer Mack Wilds plays a character named Chris who wants to start the day off by making a favorite meal he shares with his ex girlfriend Angela (Chaley Rose). Chris has a moment to reflect on the memories the two have as a couple with some glasses of wine and whiskey, he also thinks about how the relationship between the pair fell apart. As Chris thinks about the painful loss of Angela, he also has some suicidal thoughts as he comes to the realization that she won’t take him back and forgive for his past drinking problems that harmed their relationship.
Chaley Rose starred on ‘Nashville’ for several seasons and recently appeared on the series, ‘Code Black’.
The film was written and directed by Orlando Bishop. It was produced by Nicole Dow, Bishop’s production partner, along with others from the Swirl Films team like James Seppelfrick, Keith Neal, Eric Tomosunas, and Darren Baldwin.
