The highly anticipated new Kanye West album finally has a release date… and its sooner than you might have expected. The controversial artist has been on a bit of a redemption tour this year, winning over the hearts of many of his fans with his Sunday Service events. Now, after many months of rumors that he would no longer be making secular music, the Kanye West Jesus Is King album is almost here, getting an official release date of October 25th.
Jesus Is King is Kanye’s 9th solo album, a follow-up from last year’s ye album. Prior to that Kanye made history with his Life of Pablo album.

The Kanye West Jesus Is King album will coincide with the global release of his IMAX film of the same name on Friday, October 25th. Kanye will premiere both the album and the film on Wednesday, October 23rd at a special listening and screening at the Forum in Los Angeles.
Tickets for the JESUS IS KING ALBUM & FILM EXPERIENCE will be free to the public on a first come, first served basis on Wednesday morning at 10am PDT via Ticketmaster.
