TV One will premiere an original Christmas movie titled Dear Santa, I Need A Date on December 8th at 7PM ET. The new film stars Ray J and Reagan Gomez-Preston, along with co-stars Anne-Marie Johnson, Reginae Carter, Major!, and B. Simone.
Dear Santa, I Need A Date is about two siblings (Ray J and Reagan Gomez-Preston) who have had a ton of success in their careers but their parents haven’t been happy with their dating lives. Every time a holiday comes around the Vaughn parents always get hope to see their children to come home with a dating mate only to be let down. This year, they want to make sure that the outcome is different than the usual, so the two siblings bet on who could get a date first.
One of the stars of the movie Anne-Marie Johnson talked about how she enjoyed working on the film but also talked about how it can be appealing to all backgrounds. “This wonderful movie can appeal to anyone regardless of race, ethnicity, age, or gender who loves love and the loves the holidays”.
