[LISTEN] Snoop Dogg Releases ‘Bacc On Death Row’ Album
Snoop Dogg is staying active, as usual. The rapper, who will be performing at this year’s Super Bowl halftime show in Los Angeles, along with Dr. Dre, Eminem, Mary J. Blige and Kendrick Lamar, released his album just ahead of the big weekend. The Snoop Dogg B.O.D.R. album was released on February 11, 2022. We now know B.O.D.R. stands for Bacc On Death Row.
B.O.D.R. is Snoop’s 19th solo studio album, coming 29 years after his debut Doggystyle.
Snoop made news this week for buying the rights to Death Row Records. The deal now makes Snoop the owner of the label home that he was signed to decades ago. While Snoop can release new music on the label, Death Row’s past catalog of classics is still owned by MNRK Music Group, formerly known as both eOne Entertainment and Koch Records.
Snoop teased new music on IG just before unveiling the album cover. Check him out in the studio below.
Snoop revealed several alternate covers for the album, including below:
