On June 16, 2022, Drake released his 7th studio album entitled Honestly, Nevermind, and sent the internet into a state of frantic excitement over the announcement of the album. It was a total surprise as Drake had not promoted or even mentioned releasing a new project this year. At midnight the album was released across all listening platforms, and of course fans and “haters” of Drake took to Twitter to give their personal reviews of his latest work.

For majority of fans this album would be considered a “miss” by Drake, with many begging for the old Drake back. Others criticized the project saying that it lacked promotion because Drake knew it was not his best work. These complaints about Honestly, Nevermind came in pretty fast after midnight!

The album Honestly, Nevermind has 14 tracks, and some fans complain that the beats are not that great, and all the songs sound the same throughout the album. Of course, the ride-or-die Champagne Papi fans came to defend the Canadian, but it was a hard-fought battle into the next morning, as it seems the fan favorite is “Jimmy Cooks” featuring 21 Savage, the last song.

Why Drake don’t be attacking songs like ‘Jimmy Cooks’ by himself??? First verse was so tough, we couldn’t get a second???
