[STREAM] Soulja Boy’s New Album “Soulja World 2”
Many want to know who is the first to do something or event something. We even keep records of firsts as they occur in our history. Well, Soulja Boy has been screaming he is the first to do pretty much everything. Unfortunately, he is not the first artists to release an album on their birthday. But Soulja Boy has released his new album entitled Soulja World 2 as promised on his 32nd birthday.
DeAndre Cortez Way was born on July 28, 1990, and is known professionally as Soulja Boy or Big Draco. He is an American rapper and record producer that came on the scene independently in September of 2007, with his debut single “Crank That (Soulja Boy)” that peaked at number 1 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. The single was initially self-published to the internet, and later became a number-one hit in the United States for seven non-consecutive weeks starting in September of 2007. On August 17, Big Draco was listed at number 18 on the Forbes list of Hip-Hop Cash Kings of 2010 for earning $7 million that year.
Since then, Soulja Boy has been unstoppable! His latest feat before the announcement of this new album is being a part of the video game NBA 2K23. It is not exactly clear what the rapper’s role will be in the game, as 2K has a myriad of options for styles of game play.

There wasn’t a lot of promotion for this album from Soulja Boy and his camp. He did post on his Instagram page that he would be releasing a new album, but the post was removed, which made it seem the album would not be released. Soulja Boy is now signed to Virgin Music.
