Drake trends with Anthony Fantano over the authenticity of DM’s Drake sent to the YouTuber and the message within the REAL ones!

Anthony Fantano is a music blogger and vlogger from the United States. Anthony Fantano is well-known as the creator of the music review blog The Needle Drop and its accompanying vlog. Similarly, his slogan is “The Internet’s Busiest Music Nerd.” He writes about rock, pop, electronic, metal, hip hop, and experimental music.

On September 15, 2022, Anthony Fantano posted a photo to his Twitter account with the caption “Drake Slid Into My DMs”, and a retweet with the caption “Drake dm’d Anthony Fantano and sent him… a vegan cookie recipe”.

There is no indication as to why the YouTuber decided to troll the Canadian artist Drake on a Thursday night, other than maybe the release of new music and Fantano was trying to kill time until midnight.

After a few more trolling posts, Fantano shares this post after Drake reveals the REAL DMs between the two to his Instagram Story.

The trolling seemed to have the adverse effect that Fantano seemed to be going for as Drake fans took to Twitter to express how funny the real DM was and more embarrassing than the one Fantano used to get things started. But Fantano’s supporters felt as though his mission was accomplished since things seemed to bother Drake enough for him to post the real DMs. Here are some Twitter user reactions:
