PnB Rock Murdered At 30 Years Old In Los Angeles Botched Robbery Attempt

Another sad day for Hip-Hop.  The internet has been reporting news that PnB Rock was shot in Los Angeles today during an alleged robbery attempt.  The incident apparently occurred early in the afternoon at a Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles location in South Central.  In an update to the story, hours later, we can confirm that PNB Rock born Rakim Hasheem Allen was murdered.  Regretfully, he did not survive the shooting.

PnB Rock was only 30 years old.  The Los Angeles Times was the first to report his death.  Their sources say he was pronounced dead at 1:59 pm PST.

Gruesome footage of the scene allegedly shows PNB Rock shot and struggling on the ground while those around are trying to help.  The video is too much to show here, but it is trending on Twitter.  For those who are not the faint of heart, It can be seen HERE.

Reports allege that PNB Rock’s girlfriend, posted the couple’s location, at the Roscoe’s.  Innocently enough, the post is reminiscent of Pop Smoke who also accidentally shared his location in Los Angeles and was murdered during a botched robbery.

There’s always the chance the post wasn’t seen by the alleged assailant, but the since deleted post might have a link.

TMZ reports that PNB’s chain was stolen.

Reports say that PNB Rock is currently in critical condition.  Hopefully he pulls through.  So unfortunate.
