On September 30th, YG is set to release his 6th studio album.  The YG I Got Issues album will follow October 2020’s My Life 4Hunnid, which featured the single “Laugh Now, Kry Later!”

YG has been busy since the last album release, releasing several singles and projects since.  In 2021 he teamed up with fellow Los Angeles rapper Mozzy to release the joint album, Kommunity Service. He also dropped a label project titled, 4hunnid Presents: Gang Affiliated.

In addition to sharing the release date for the upcoming 6th album, YG also shared the album cover art, pictured above.  The album will be released via Def Jam Recordings.

YG has slowly been ramping up new music as he gears up to release this new album.  Back in February he unveiled the lead single, “Scared Money,” which featured Moneybagg Yo and an elite verse from J.Cole.

More recently he released the single, “Run,” with Tyga and 21 Savage, featuring BIA. The most recent single is titled, “Toxic,” which samples a Mary J. Blige classic.

All three tracks will be featured on the YG I Got Issues album.
