Necole Kane leaves xoNecole to pursue her next venture, ‘My Happy Flo Brand’

Media mogul Necole founded xoNecole, a lifestyle brand known for women’s positivity. Growing the company into the success it is today, Necole was featured in Forbes where shared her experience building her company. Late in 2018, xoNecole was acquired by Will Packer.

This is not the first time she is breaking rules as the now-turned-entrepreneur was once a successful gossip. She founded the popular site, NecoleBitchie.com. A celebrity gossip website with 20 million monthly paid views which she closed down in 2015.

In her words, she wanted to “start a women’s empowerment and lifestyle platform while trying to find a career path that was more purposeful.” This desire has led her on a journey and has driven her to success.

Now Necole is stepping down from xoNecole and moving to build her new brand, ‘My Happy Flo.’ She took to IG to explain why she is making the decision and expressed via a post, “Necole Bitchie, xoNecole and my work in media was a part of my old life. But for me to step into the woman God called me to be, it’s time for me to be fully committed to my new life”.

Further, she thanked everyone that has followed her through this journey. To friends and family that have supported her, she said,

“I can’t seem to find the words to express myself at the moment, but I wanted to take this time to say thank you to everyone who has supported me through this wild 14 year journey. You followed me through my career as a gossip blogger who later found her way.”

While some might think it is an easy decision for Necole Kane to leave xoNecole, she confirmed that it wasn’t. Necole also made her passion for growth clear. In her words, “I always wanted my career path to represent my evolution and my becoming. I continue to hope I stay true to that.”

On a final note, she said, “I hope me being so open and public with my transitions, the good and the bad inspires someone. I am proof that you can always switch directions and you don’t have to be tied to one thing for the rest of your life. Let’s continue to break those glass ceilings.”

Meanwhile, ‘My Happy Flo‘ is a plant-based brand that focuses on women’s period supplements.
