Twitter reacts to Lizzo dressing as Chrisean Rock for Halloween!
Finding a good Halloween costume can deem to be difficult year to year, especially if you like to switch things up. This year’s costume selections have been making their rounds as a few celebrities have been chosen to be Halloween costume characters such as rapper Ice Spice, the Mayor of Chicago Lori Lightfoot, rapper Glorilla and a few more, all in good fun.
Of course, all good fun can somehow take a turn for the worse. Multi-talented Lizzo thought it would be a great idea to dress as the muti-headline maker Chrisean Rock for Halloween this year.
She posted two videos to her Instagram account of herself in character rocking the side ponytail, the chain, white T-shirt and cutoff booty shorts from an infamous Chrisean Rock viral video, performing the same exact gestures while the song Chrisean Rock used in her video played for the audio.
She captioned the first post: “RESPECTFULLY”.

Many Twitter users came to Lizzo’s defense saying she was showing love to Chrisean not trying to dis her. Lizzo also posted a tweet to her Twitter account addressing the accusations that she was trying to shade Chrisean.
I didn’t put on a “skinny suit” – u can dress up as someone w/out being offensive – rock lit I’m lit it’s all love. Don’t make it weird 💅🏾 https://t.co/7UIPMSH34m
