We recently watched Love & Hip Hop stars Erica Mena and Safaree get a divorce that finalized with Mena having to take on full financial obligation of both of their children thanks to a judge’s order. Now, another L&HH longstanding cast member, Kimbella Vanderhee, has just split up with her husband, Dipset‘s own Juelz Santana. “Next chapter … S I N G L E,” Kimbella posted in her Instagram stories on Thursday (Dec 29).
Kimbella also altered her Instagram bio to: “Single Mom, Executive Producer, Brand Ambassador, Artist Management, TV Personality. Business email Kimbellasworld@gmail.com.” Alongside movie clips, the Love & Hip Hop: NY bombshell posted in her Instagram stories: “Arguing 24/7 because his feelings were all that mattered. Begging him to change so we could make it work. Feeling numb because he made you feel like the problem. Watching him mess up again when he promised he’d change.”
Kimbella went on about the split up: “Feeling alone after he [Juelz] lied the whole relationship. Knowing it’s time to give up even though you love him. Figuring out how you’re going to fix yourself after he dragged you down.” Juelz Santana, however, may have yet to receive the memo because his Instagram bio still boasts Kimbella‘s email address as a contact reference: “Jus A Kid From Harlem LIVING THAT #ICFMFLIFESTYLE #LilBoyFresh FOLLOW @icfmfthelifestyle @icantfeelmyfacellc #B2LB2W Email kimbellasworld@gmail.com.”
The couple linked up back in 2009 after meeting on the video set of Santana’s single “Back To The Crib” which features Chris Brown. After roughly a decade of dating and two kids, the “Killa Season” actor popped the question to Kimbella in 2018 while on stage at the Apollo Theater in Harlem. The pair wed two months prior to Santana being sentenced to prison for drug and weapons charges. While he was locked down, Kimbella birthed their third child.
