The Lakers hold the rights to the 32nd and 58th overall picks in the draft, which they acquired from the New Orleans Pelicans in the Anthony Davis trade. However, those picks are currently top-55 protected, meaning that if they fall outside of the top 55 selections in the draft, they will go to the Pelicans.

The Lakers also have two second-round picks, the 43rd and 60th overall selections. They acquired the 43rd pick in a trade with the Charlotte Hornets, while they have the 60th pick as their selection.

Finally, the Lakers have a pair of late first-round picks that could also be in play on draft night. The Lakers hold the draft’s 28th and 29th overall selections, but those picks are currently top-22 protected.
