For the 2024 Super Bowl Halftime Show, Usher will headline the stage.
The artist will play at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada on February 11, 2024, according to Apple Music, a sponsor of the big game, which was announced on Sunday.
However, the streaming service created a little video starring none other than Kim Kardashian to share the news rather than a formal statement.
In the video, a young Usher is called by Kardashian to inform him that he will be doing the halftime show. Kardashian has already seen the Grammy Award winner play twice in Las Vegas.
“I finally got an answer to those rumors. It’s not about me, it’s about you,” states the KUWTK star, before shouting: “You’re doing the Super Bowl!”

With a similar video featuring former Super Bowl champion and football college coach phenom Deion Sanders, the NFL also officially announced the news. The pro football league shared via X/Twitter, “USHER. LAS VEGAS. APPLE MUSIC HALFTIME SHOW. #SBLVIII See you on February 11.”
Usher previously performed in 2011 onstage at the Super Bowl with the Black Eyed Peas, but this will be the first time he headlines the concert.

According to Billboard, in a statement Usher shared, “It’s an honor of a lifetime to finally check a Super Bowl performance off my bucket list. I can’t wait to bring the world a show unlike anything else they’ve seen from me before. Thank you to the fans and everyone who made this opportunity happen. I’ll see you real soon.”
On February 11, 2024, Super Bowl LVIII will air on CBS live.
