Get ready for an exhilarating journey into the realm of superpowers and suspense with Supacell cast on Netflix for Season 1.

Created by Rapman, the mastermind behind Blue Story, this six-part sci-fi drama introduces audiences to a group of ordinary individuals from South London. However, their lives take a thrilling turn when they discover they possess extraordinary abilities seemingly out of nowhere.

Synopsis
In the electrifying movie “SUPACELL,” five ordinary individuals from diverse backgrounds find themselves bestowed with extraordinary superpowers. Despite their differences, they share a common thread—they are all Black South Londoners.

When a dire threat looms over the city, it falls upon Michael Lasaki, a determined man driven by love, to unite this unlikely team of heroes. As they harness their newfound abilities and confront formidable challenges, they must band together to save not only the woman Michael loves, but also their community and the city itself. 

The major Supacell cast Netflix season 1 includes Adelayo Adedayo, Calvin Demba, Eddie Marsan, Eric Kofi Abrefa, Josh Tedeku, Nadine Mills, and Tosin Cole. More casts include Rayxia Ojo as Sharleen, Giacomo Mancini as Spud, and Calvin Demba as Rooney.

Rapman, Anna Ferguson, and Steve Searle are Executive Producers While Geraldine Hawkins is the Co-Producer. Mark Hedges is the Series Producer, while Sheila Nortley serves as Block 2 Producer and Associate Producer.

Tosin Cole as Michael

“Ear for Eye” star, Tosin Cole, will be appearing as Michael. He is renowned for not just his dynamic acting skills but his dressing sense. Cole’s versatility and dedication to his craft are evident in every role he takes on.

Nadine Mills as Sabrina

Known for her parts in “Sliced” and “The Weekend,” Nadine Mills is a wonderful talent who is able to bring people to life. Whenever she is not working as an actress, she can be seen working out at the gym.

Eric Kofi Abrefa as Andre

Different from his previous popular role, Lamar, which he played in BMF, the British actor Eric Kofi Abrefa, will be showing his talents in a role. He appeared in The Book of Clarence (2023) as Jedediah the Terrible, which allowed him to demonstrate a dominating presence.

Josh Tedeku as Tazer

Josh Tedeku, who is known for his appearances in “Moonhaven” and “A Town Called Malice,” brings a captivating intensity and magnetic energy to the part of Tazer. You might recognize him from the television show Boarders, where he played the role of Jaheim. GQ recognized him as the Men of the Year for 2023.

Adelayo Adedayo as Dionne

Adelayo Adedayo, renowned for her roles in “The Responder” and “Timewasters,” is set to portray the character Dionne. Notably, she earned a BAFTA nomination in 2023 for Best Supporting Actress for her compelling performance in Dancing Ledge on BBC One.
