Children’s Awareness Month is observed in June and is a time to focus on our youth’s future, safety, and well-being. It’s the ideal time to highlight an uplifting new reality TV series that will make it’s debut soon.  Here’s your chance to meet the talented cast of The Childcare Cartel.

Against the dynamic background of Atlanta’s thriving childcare sector, this reality series explores the emotional and professional lives of women who are establishing childcare empires. As they challenge preconceptions and rewrite the narrative for women in caregiving jobs, viewers will experience the highs and lows of growing enterprises, overcoming rivalries, and forming strong relationships.

Under the direction of Sherri J. White, each cast member contributes her own special hustle, ranging from business and mentoring to beauty and public relations. The Childcare Cartel cast includes Janaya Burke, Keisha “Starr” Archer, Sydney Jordan and Sherri.

The series serves as a platform for four strong women who are defying reality TV conventions and changing the way that viewers view Black women in leadership roles in the community, in business, and in caregiving.

Sherri asserts that “The Childcare Cartel is more than just a show, it’s a cultural shift.”  The stellar cast is here to increase the voice of women. Sherri further affirms that, “we are not awaiting authorization. We are assuming our place at the table, taking unreserved leadership, and creating a legacy.”

Here’s your first look at The Childcare Cartel:

Meet the Cast of The Childcare Cartel

Sherri J. White

Sherri is the visionary behind The Childcare Cartel. She is the creator of Success Souvenirs, a platform that provides coaching, training, and retreats for ambitious entrepreneurs, and the owner of three successful daycare businesses. Sherri’s story is one of perseverance, grace, and generational influence; she went from becoming a teen mother at the age of 14 to creating a multimillion-dollar daycare empire in Atlanta.

Sydney Jordan

A proud first-generation Bajan-American, Sydney’s membership in The Childcare Cartel demonstrates her connection to the childcare sector and the strong sisterhood propelling this movement.  She’s been building her empire for 10 years, so she’s certainly not new to this, just quietly building an empire that she is incredibly proud of.
