Am I the Drama? was released on September 19, 2025, via her current label, Atlantic Records. This is her second studio album, and it features 23 tracks. The soon-to-be mum did not come to play, as the album included collaborations from other top artists, including Selena Gomez, Lizzo, Tyla, Janet Jackson, and Megan Thee Stallion. Additionally, the pre-release singles re-entered the top 10. Asserting her influence as a top rapper, the album debuted at No. 1 on the US iTunes albums chart within 30 minutes.
The rapper addressed critics’ claims for putting “UP” and “WAP” on the album despite it being released 4 years ago. She addressed it, saying, “‘WAP’ and ‘Up’ are two of my biggest songs, my fans have been asking me to put them on an album, and people search for them on IOP all the time… they deserve a home.” Cardi B’s upcoming tour to promote the album in 2026, after the delivery of her fourth pregnancy.

Overall Am I The Drama is a good album. It kind of lost me in the third quarter but most of the songs are good and it has a decent range. A good sophomore project we’ll see how it stands the test of time.
