Canton, Ohio’s very own, Trippie Redd released his sixth album on Friday, August, 14, 2026. Simply titled NDA, the album finds Tripple Redd three years after his ‘Mansion Musik’ project, which was released in January 2023. That project features a massive roster of rap guest stars, among other tracks. His success as a solo artist, following his breakout run with the early A Love Letter To You series, had many fans debating whether he could return to his peak emo-rap.

Trippie Redd has collaborated with lots of major artists over the years, but his fans have longed wanted a better, full-length project. They got that with NDA. Hosted by DJ Drama, the 25-track project shows off the real creative side of Trippie, having him featured on great production and high-profile guest appearances from Young Thug, Sexyy Red, Lil Wayne, and Kodak Black among others.

It didn’t take long before the reactions on social media started coming in for the NDA album. The project’s final promotional single, ‘Meet The Redds’, was released just a few days prior, which helped create an early teaser like “Paperbag Boy.” Despite the feature list and high expectation, the early reviews on social media were mixed, with many listeners sharing their opinions on Trippie Redd.

While the early reactions have been a bit mixed, it may be expected considering the three-year gap since his last full studio LP. Fans needs to understand that it sometimes takes an artist a bit of time to get back on the Billboard charts after taking some time off. Some fans were expecting something similar to Dark Knight Dummo or Love Scars, but most were expecting his late-2010s prime, which was not realistic.
