Ex ‘Basketball Wives‘ star, Draya Michele, has crossed over to a fabulous mommy-on-a-mission. Going from a reality TV newbie to now being known as a public figure, Draya is making her mark in society.

Nearly two months ago, 31-year-old gave birth to a healthy baby boy, by the name of Jru. Since then, slacking has been nowhere on her agenda. She is back in the gym and has snapped back to her usual functions and more. At first glance, you wouldn’t even believe she’d just given birth to a newborn! Let’s just say, Draya is doing the damn thing.

A mother of two, a model–she does it all. But, there’s more to Ms. Draya Michele than you may think. She is also an entrepreneur. Making boss moves, she launched her own women’s clothing line, “Fine Ass Girls” and swimwear collection, “Mint Swim” in 2013. While her clothing line focuses more on offering graphic tees, jumpers, fitness, and accessories, “Mint Swim” is a variety of swimwear, each named after women and designed with sex appeal. The apparel have been seen on various prominent faces in today’s entertainment world. Turning both brands into not only a business but also a movement, Draya Michele is the definition of a girl boss.

Aside from her boss ventures, the young entrepreneur also dibbles in a little acting. She recently landed herself a role in the new film, Bring Out the Lady. The film was written by Nahala Johnson, and is projected to be released later this year.

Additionally, Draya has established her own identity and has built an empire. It was said that she dropped a whopping forty grand on the renovations of her Mint Swim office decor. It seems just like yesterday, she announced her resignation from Basketball Wives, declaring her urgency to become more and to be known in a different spectrum in the industry. Fans went crazy when Draya left the show. Considering most reality TV stars do not reappear in the media after a reality series, many didn’t know if that, too, would be Draya’s story. Placing a spin on things, she has enabled the public to see reality TV stars in a positive spectrum.

Watching the star rise from thousands of followers on Instagram to five million, has been the talk of the public. In recent interviews, Draya has admitted that “Mint Swim” has made well over one million dollars in sales, during the year of 2015.
