And then there was the battle of the Bay! The latest installment of Verzuz was a battle between two Hip-Hop legends, two West Coast legends who represent the Bay Area of California. The Too Short vs E-40 Verzuz battle was definitely one for a select crowd, but it’s once again a celebration of legends.
For those that might not be familiar, Too Short aka Short Dawg, dropped his first album in 1983! He has released a total of 21 solo albums!!!! 21! He has be featured on songs with just about any artist you can name, including The Notorious B.I.G., Jay-z and many many more. He also has 3 collaboration albums with his good friend E-40.
E-40 began his career releasing music as part of the Click. He released three projects overall with the crew, but released his debut solo album in 1993. In total he has released 26 albums of his own! An insane amount of music over an incredibly consistent career.
