Sean Kingston teamed up with DJ Drama and DJ Ill Will to release his 2011 mixtape, King of Kingz. The project was released four years after his 2007 self-titled debut album. The Sean Kingston King of Kingz mixtape was originally supposed to be an album, but things didn’t quite work out as planned.
King of Kingz featured appearances from Soulja Boy, Akon, Flo-Rida, B.o.B., Justin Bieber and one of the first ever appearances from Tory Lanez. Around the time of the release Sean Kingston teased a full mixtape with Justin Bieber, which was supposed to feature 12+ songs, but that project never saw the light of day either.
