Chicago born rapper/singer, Tink, gave fans a “One In a Million” chance to witness the world premiere of the video for her latest track titled “Million.”  The artist stylishly arrived to watch her video on the Sony screen in the middle of Times Square in New York City.  The 20-year-old samples the late Aaliyah’s hit song with the help of legendary, mega producer and mentor Timberland.
The bold, sexy and charismatic video, choreographed by Tanisha Scott, showed a side of Tink that most listeners are not used to. The artist proved that she is vocally and lyrically able to hold her own in the industry.
Parlé Magazine had a chance to get a first-hand understanding of what Tink plans to deliver to listeners with the upcoming album. When asked what fans can expect when they press play, she stated “I want my fans to get a sense of who I am as an artist. Although I have put out numerous mixtapes, the album is taking my career to that next level.” She wants the album to be one of those oldie and goodies. Something that years from now people will still be able to relate to and have the same emotions they had when they first played it.
It is very obvious that this powerhouse has created a lane of her own and plans to stay there.
