Hammond has sold over 10 million albums worldwide. He is known as the mastermind behind the “Urban Praise & Worship” style in Gospel music today. Hailing from Detroit, but now living in Dallas, Hammond plans to release a new CD, which will be released during the tour—October on RCA Records.
The Festival of Praise 2016 Tour will feature performances by some of the biggest names in the Gospel industry. The host of the event will be none other than the hilarious comedian “Earthquake”. Also on the lineup, features Casey Janice Hobbs, “Casey J,” and Regina Belle, who recorded the Grammy award-winning song, “A Whole New World,” for the film, Aladdin.
“The thing I love about this tour is that no matter who you are or where you’ve come from, you’re guaranteed to have a great time, something is surely going to inspire you, and you’re going to want to come back again and again! You definitely don’t want to miss this so don’t be late because we’ve got an incredible show planned from beginning to end!” Hammond said with much joy.
This definitely sounds like an event you wouldn’t want to miss!

The tour starts out on October 7th, at Oakland’s Paramount Theatre, and will tour through a total of 50 major cities across the country, making its stop on December 3rd in Orlando, FL.
