Harlem bred rapper and producer, Charles Hamilton is many things. A complicated man, with an interesting past in the music industry and many things in between leading up to this moment. But undeniably, and maybe at the forefront of it all is the fact that he is a super talented, musical genius. After years of setbacks and mixtapes to lay the groundwork, Charles Hamilton has finally released his official retail album debut on Friday, December 9th with Hamilton, Charles.
Hamilton, Charles offers the rapper an opportunity to showcase his talent to the masses in a way he’s only imagined before this. Still for long time Charles fans this project is just another in a large catalog of music for the young star, who could’ve and probably should’ve been one of the biggest names in music at this point in his career.
Many will remember that Charles Hamilton covered the XXL Magazine Freshmen Cover in 2009 with a class that included Kid Cudi, B.o.B. and Wale among others. While he has released several projects since that cover was released including The Perfect Life and 2015’s The Black Box EP, Hamilton, Charles will serve as his biggest release to date.
