Post Malone Stoney Debut Album Out Now
The time has come; the wait is no longer. Syracuse, New York born, Dallas, Texas bred rapper, Post Malone has released his debut album, titled, Stoney. The project was released on December 9th. More info and the tracklist for the Post Malone Stoney album below.
After creating such controversial hype with his breakthrough hit song, “White Iverson”, Malone became commercially popular within the urban community. Known for his divergent sound, the rapper-singer attracted millions of listeners across the world. Post released several other popular singles through his SoundCloud, including “Too Young”, “What’s Up” and “Tear$”–which also strengthened his musical presence.
Gaining attention from the mass media audience, record labels soon took notice and in August of 2015, Post Malone landed himself a recording contract with Republic Records. Since then, Malone has worked with many faces of today’s music front, such as: 50 Cent, Young Thug, Kanye West, and his close friend, Justin Bieber, for whom he opened up for on Bieber’s ‘Purpose World Tour’.
Malone’s third single, “Go Flex”, from his album, dropped in April of this year and made #94 on Billboard Hot 100 chart. On May 12th, 2016, he released his first full-length project, a mixtape, titled, August 26th.
Now, we finally get a full album! The Post Malone Stoney album cover was shot by Nabil, who’s also previously collaborated with Kanye West and Frank Ocean.
Malone’s lead single “Deja Vu”, featuring Justin Bieber, is still doing relatively well. So, we definitely can’t wait to see what he has in store for this body of work.
